    Aum Gam Ganapataye Namah Namaskar friends.

    The benefits of a daily regular Yoga practice are numerous: Strength, flexibility, increased energy, clarity of mind to name a few. But most peopletoday have great difficulty starting self-practice at home due to lack of time and/or motivation.

    So we have prepared a short practice for the students who attend our courses or who are otherwise familiar with the poses that will be found inthis sequence .

    The goal is not the perfection of each individual asana (posture) but rather on the entire sequence linked together with the flow of the breath.

    The cycle starts with the opening sequence of Surya Namaskar up until Adho Mukha Svanasana, this will be a pose of reference and recuperation.From Adho Mukha Svanasana you will unfold all the standing poses.

    Practice the poses with fluidity being watchful that the breath does not get stuck, staying in the main poses for 3 cycles of breathing on each side.Try the best you can, do not tire your self, remember that this practice is not about making the poses perfect but rather o pening the body and

    awakening the mind.Those who have more time to practice can try staying in the poses for 5 cycles of breathing.

    After the practice one should feel : energized and relaxed, light in the body with a calm and quiet mind.
