As per the Government Orders read as 1st and 2nd above, Government have implemented UGC 5th scheme in the State and the period of Career Advancement Scheme was extended upto 17.09.20 I 0. As per the provisions in Govt. Order l st cited, the claims for CAS has to be approved by the Screening Committee. concerned

Proposals for senior scale, Selection Grade placements were submitted to the Screening Committee held on 29.08.2019. The Committee after examination resolved to approve the placements to the teachers of Government Colleges as per 3rd read above. and as given in Annexure land fi to this Order.

The placement granted as per this Order is subject to the following conditions.

i) This Order is subject to verification of the Accountant General Kerala concerned for issuing pay slips.

ii) If any amount drawn by the incumbent by this Order is found to be in excess due to mistake or any other reason, noticed later, he/she would be liable to refund the amount so received in lump unconditionally.

iii) The incumbent should submit his/her option and declaration for the fixation of pay within three months of this Order to the Accountant General concerned.

This Order is made available in the Department website(www.collegiateedu.gov.in). Copy may be downloaded and used for all Official purposes. No hard copies will be issued separately.
