Experience in strategic and operational roles, currently as the leader of the supply chain for Oberweis Dairy and prior to that leading the global center of expertise for Customer Service and Logistics, spanning all of the process areas of Plan to Cash.
Arnaud Deshais – VP/Head of Supply Chain and Quality Assurance at Redbubble Prior to working at Redbubble, Arnaud was the Director of Supply Chain Management for Art.com in Emeryville, California. He has almost 20 years of global supply chain experience including Production Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, Purchasing, Partner Management, Logistics and Distribution, Vendor Managed Inventory and Consignment for a wide range of industries such as Electronics, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Biotechnologies and E-business Retail. Mr. Deshais was a Consultant Manager for CapGemini Ernst and Young Supply Chain Practice for 4 years. Mr. Deshais holds an MBA from Clemson University.
Paul Legutko – Senior Manager, Enterprise Intelligence/Digital Analytics at Ernst and Young Paul Legutko is a leading expert in digital measurement and analytics and a senior manager in EY’s Analytics practice. Over the last twelve years as a digital analytics consultant, Paul has seen the field evolve from raw server log files, web analytics, mobile and social measurement, and into today’s world of Big Data integration. Working with clients from many industries – particularly Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, and Pharma
Phil Conlon – Director, Demand Planning at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Supply chain and operations management professional leading supply and demand planning, fulfillment planning and supply chain system teams to deliver a high level of customer service and optimal inventory plans that improve cash flow. Driving improvements in supply chain IT system implemetation, configuration and adoption. Experience includes project management of large scale network optimization, portfolio optimization, and inventory management initiatives resulting in bottom line and cash flow improvements.
Daniel Morse – Global S&OP and Analytics – Director at Logitech Daniel is an Operations, Planning and Analytics leader and member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership team at Logitech. Previously he led the Planning and Analytics function within the EMEA Sales & Marketing organization again with Logitech. He has a consumer orientated background with global cross functional experience focused on successful leadership of high- performance multi-site, multinational teams. Direct working knowledge within the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Japan and China.
Kristen Daihes – Partner at OPEX Analytics Throughout her career Kristen has been responsible for leading focused transformation programs to develop capabilities and infrastructure enabling growth across enterprises. As Vice President of Global Supply Chain for SC Johnson, she had direct responsibility for planning in over 20 factories and hundreds of third party manufacturers, as well as operations of over 100 warehouses globally.Prior to SC Johnson, she led global supply chain sourcing and capacity activities to support Wrigley, a subsidiary of Mars. She also held strategic planning, innovation, and engineering roles in Unilever and Procter & Gamble.
