Making BIM work for you, your customers and clients - Half Day Workshop This half day Strategic BIM workshop is like no other you will find in HK at the moment. We’ll lead you through a series of workshop activities and discussions designed to help you better understand BIM and apply the implications to maximise value for your business.

Within this workshop we will cover the following :

Why What is the potential value of BIM to your business (eg operational efficiency, quality, new markets ?) What What aspects of BIM do you need to apply to your business and to what level (eg Level 2 compliance, laser scanning, 3D design coordination, 4D construction simulation, cost estimating, data management)? How How will you structure how you go about achieving this (eg senior sponsors, training, steering group, protocols, IT infrastructure, new software etc) When How quickly do you need to act (eg priorities and timescales). Any quick wins? Who Which parts of your organisation or supply chain would be affected by changes in working How much What are you able to invest (eg staff time, cash) and how might this be funded ?You will take away a strategy and action plan tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
