''Your letter of November 15th was read at the official Board Meeting on November 18th. The Board as well as myself realize the necessity of getting the proper utility line in and we have been working hard to get the proper authority to allow us to proceed.

"In line with this, our President, Mr. Abraham, will personally contact Mayor Healey to see if he can expedite the matter before the cold weather sets in.

"Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can from this end and we are embarrassed that this matter has not been concluded. ' 1

2. A letter from Mr. S. Mountford, Micklewright & Mountford, Hamnett, Bouman & Blanche:

"We enclose a print of the mechanic al work for the proposed

addition to your administration building.

"Now that we have this in hand, we are finishing up our work and we will be able to send you the completed documents some time next week.

"The maintenance c;rew-has completed repla'cing the-:old six inch return lines at the Yantacaw School. The Board's engineer, Bickford_--& Spaeth Associate's, suggested that the -six i:n'.ch pipe be replaced with two inch pipe. It was also necessary to install a dtiplex 1boiler feeder ii'iiit,- =a 250 gallon capacity tank, an auto ... matic wat_er feeder, and a duplex condensate pumping unit with a' 65 gallcsn -storage tank. The boilers are in ~peration and every­thing is working well. It will be necessary to do the same thing at Lincoln School; -however, this wiH probably be held in abeyance until the s-prillg vacatibn period. --'

"Installation of the aluminum windows at the Spring Garden _i_ I ' 1" , ·, ·. t - • - - _-, --School 1s almost complete'd.- Work wa-s held up because several windows and parts had not been delivered.
