1 Multi Pull-UpsFour pull-up handles and a pull-up bar to increase core strength, abs, arms and spinal posture. Users can increase endurance and balance by training both isometrically and dynamically.

Stage Performance MyBeast’s 12 stages give a high-intensity workout like no other.

2 Stall Bars & Dip Used for stretching, toning, flexibility and improving posture. Add a dip to the stall bar for strengthening chest, shoul-ders, arms and ab muscles or resistance bands to engage all major muscle groups.

3 Sliding Push-Ups Designed for upper body and core strength, the sliding push up motion tones arms, abs and increases stabiliser muscles. It can also be used to stretch the legs before stage 4.

4 Punch Bag Use it for boxing, kickboxing, martial arts and to improve coordination and footwork.

5 Rings This is one of the best ways to strengthen the upper body with challenging workouts used by professional gymnasts. It helps build stability and agility by engaging the shoulders, back, abs and wrists.

6 Flying Pull-Up This stage focuses on the upper body to gain wider shoulders, backs and strengthen arms and abs. By adding resistance bands or a hammock, it can be used for suspension training and aerial yoga.

7 Sliding Pull-Up A challenging upper body workout focusing on the back, arms and abs. The sliding motion can be used for wide grip pull-ups and an array of exercises to target the muscles of different angles.

8 Multi Tool The one-ended barbell can help increase all-over body strength and endurance while attaching resistance bands into the different level hooks can work the smallest of muscles.

9 Hanging HandlesSimilar to the rings, stage 9 uses gravity and bodyweight to strengthen the upper body and core muscles but with greater grip via the anti-slip handles.

10 Butterfly Handle Ideal for working out the back, especially the latissimus dorsi muscle, as well as the core and arm muscles.

Monkey BarsThese offer versatile workout options from conventional pull-ups and swinging to exercises for improving metabolic conditioning and respiratory endurance. There are a host of workouts that have been designed specifically for this final stage.

2. Clubbells Use correctly, clubbells can improve shoulder mobility, grip as well as strengthen the core, abs, glutes, hamstrings and calves.

11 Pole Ladder Although this is the penultimate stage for athletes to add resistance bands and cables to increase upper body strength, it’s a great area for beginners to start and build their technique.

12 Pull-UpsDesigned for pull-up and chin-up variations, the final stage of MyBeast will challenge the upper core and arms through traditional and compound exercises. Specific workouts have been designed especially to complete the workout which increase muscle growth faster than isolation exercises.

1. Steps Stainless steel boxes can be added together to form a three-step ladder to be used alongside MyBeast for additional exercises and stability support.
