Friday, September 23rd at 7 pm Come celebrate our Parish’s 40th Anniversary with Worship Artist & Speaker Chris Bray and Band with donations going to charity. Tickets: Minimum $10 donation in the Foyer after all Masses this weekend. Inquiries - Yolanda @ [email protected] or the Parish office.
Registration forms for EDGE and LifeTeen are ready for pickup at the
Youth or Parish office. EDGE begins Friday, the 30th & LifeTeen Sat.,

EDGE Nights: Fridays, 6:30-8:30 pm (Grades 6-8)
LifeTeen: Saturdays, 5-9 pm Starting with 5pm Mass, then St. Joseph’s Room until 9pm. Thank you all who helped to make our cupcake fundraiser a success!
We raised $1,730 in generous donations which helps support our Youth Ministry in many ways.
Young Adult Ministry We are in the process of forming a Young Adults Ministry in our Parish. If you are between 18-35yrs., keep watching our bulletin for details.

St. Anthony's Seniors Line Dancing group is looking for a Volunteer Instructor to lead the group every Tuesday from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm in the Parish Centre. Please contact Marjorie Martins at 905-456-3788.

================================================== The Office of Formation for Discipleship is pleased to be offering once again the MINISTER OF CARE TRAINING, known as “CAREGIVERS” here at St. Anthony’s Parish. It will be held in the Parish Centre beginning Thursday, September 22 - December 8, 2016 from 7-9 pm.
This program incorporates skills development, personal growth and faith development, discernment of personal gifts, and commitment to bring our gifts into service to our community.
Some of the topics which will be covered include:
* Introduction to Catholic Social Teaching; Foundations of Ministry; * Introduction to Active Listening Skills; * Spirituality and Prayer; Empathy; * Assertive Ministry; Social Service/Social Action; Charity/Justice; * Ministry of Presence; * Understanding sickness and suffering
