1.3 OPERATION & MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION MANUAL:

The Contractor shall furnish operation & maintenance instructionmanual for all the instruments/equipment supplied by them.

These shall be sent along with the instruments/equipment.Instruction regarding installation, testing, calibration, repair,maintenance and commissioning of the instruments/equipment sixmonths in advance.

In addition the Contractor shall furnish instruction manual onoperation & maintenance of their overall C&I system. This shall befurnished to the Customer/Consultants Six (6) months before the

commissioning date of the unit.
