15LeanBodySmoothiesSmoothiesaremyfavorite!I’dratherthroweverythinginsideablenderandhaveitasmealjustbecauseit’sfastandsupereasytodo.Althoughsmoothiesshouldnotalwaysbeamealreplacementbutintheeventwhenyou’reinatimecrunch,theyarethebestGo-To.However,havingtherightsmoothierecipewithallthepropernutrientsandwholesomefoodsthatwillkeepyourenergyupisthebestgoto.Byblendingavarietyoffruits,vegetablesandextragoodnessintoyoursmoothiesyourtastebudswillenjoyeveryminuteofit.Plusthesmoothierecipesbelowhavebeencreatedtohelptrimyourwaistlineandkeepyoufeelingandlookingyourbest!
