How does it work? EASY!

Minimum order: $100, Prices include GST

1) Decide on the number of gifts you want to order

2) Select the breakdown of gifts according to the Coloured Button Category

3) Select from each category, the desired option ranging from A to R and the quantity for each

4) Fill in, scan and email the included order form to sales@poppyschocolate.com.au

or

email a request to sales@poppyschocolate.com.au for an electronic version of the order form. Then

simply complete it and email it back to us

5) Calculate the total amount owed (including delivery) and pay directly via EFT or contact our office to

do a Credit Card payment (No orders will be processed until payment confirmation has been

received) – All prices stated include GST

Optional Extras (minimum order 10 gifts)

You can get each Gift personalised at an extra cost of $5 per gift. This includes:

a) Each person’s Name and Surname (optional) is printed on a Season’s Greetings themed colour label

which is attached to each gift. (Please remember to provide us with each person’s name and the gift

selection letter (A to R) of the gift for each person)

b) A short message from management (Limited to a maximum of 20 words) and/or your company logo

Please remember to provide any specific instructions or requests you might have, such as: “Please use a

neutral theme”, or “Can you make the theme bells?” A customer representative will be in contact should the

need arise for any clarification or if we are unable to meet your request.

We require at least 3 weeks to lovingly make and wrap your gifts before delivery.
