The 14th International M&A Conference will be held in Versailles, France. We will offer a broad range of highly qualified speakers from various countries. The speakers will explain, on the one hand, specific parti-cularities of their respective national laws to be taken into consideration when dealing with transactions involving their jurisdictions and, on the other hand, particularities with regard to specific questions raised in the course of M&A deals. Some of the presenters will focus on cases they have dealt with and others will give you a more general outline of trends and de-velopments.

Conference Fees
