Kammes Commercial, RE/MAX Suburban, has been engaged as the exclusive sales representative for the sale of the fee simple interest in the property located at 2100 Enterprise Avenue, Geneva IL (the “Property”).

Geneva is a city in and the county seat of Kane County, Illinois. It is

located on the western side of the Chicago suburbs. Geneva is part of a

tri-city area, located between St. Charles and Batavia with a population

of over 21,750 people. The area is currently experiencing a high level of

population growth as Chicago’s urban sprawl spreads farther west.

Geneva is a popular tourist destination with its scenic location along
