    Creating an eSell Tool

    1. Visit the distributor member center at www.Shaklee2u.com.my

    2. Click the eSell tool tab

    3. A dashboard will be displayed which includes existing eSell kits, and everything

    you need to create an eSell kit, view reports on existing existing eSell tools, and

    to view archived eSells

    4. To create an eSell tool click the icon in the bottom right hand corner which

    says Create eSell tool

    5. Enter a name for the eSell kit in the box marked eSell Name

    6. Select the check box to the left of the product number and name of those

    products that you would like included in the kit a quantity of one will be

    automatically selected and may be changed by selecting the box in the Unit

    column and typing in the new quantity.

    7. To nalize the eSell kit click the Add button.

    Viewing Your eSell Tool

    The main eSell dashboard screen will display the new eSell that you have created

    you will see that it has a specic ID, which will be a unique number assigned to every

    eSell tool that you create, and the date it was created.

    Editing Your eSell Tool

    1. If you would like to edit the products or quantities in your eSell tool you can do so

    by clicking Edit in the corresponding eSell row.

    2. You may now select a new item by checking the box on the left or change the

    quantities by entering a new number in the Unit column.

    3. Select the Save button to apply the changes.

    Placing the eSell Tool You Created on Social MediaNon-Blog Social Media

    1. To place the eSell tool in your social media page click Download in the

    Link column.

    2. A box with the eSell link will appear. Select and copy the text in this box.

    4. For Facebook, after pasting the link in the status box, select the entire link and

    replace it with the corresponding text of your choice. Your link is now ready to

    publish to your page.

    1. To place the eSell tool in your blog click Download in the Link column.

    Deleting eSell Tools

    1. If you no longer want to use an eSell tool and want to delete it from this main

    dashboard page click Archive in the row for the eSell tool which you would

    like to delete.

    2. A warning message will pop up asking if you are sure that you would like todelete the selected eSell tool. Select Okay to proceed or, otherwise, click

    Cancel if you do not want to delete the eSell tool.

    Viewing Archived eSell Tools

    1. To view the eSell tools that you have deleted click the Archived eSell tab.

    2. The Archived eSell page displays the: eSell ID, the eSell name, the date it was

    created and the date which it was archived.

    Note: Although archived, an eSell tool may still be active on your blog or social page if not deleted there as well.

    Your Customers Experience with Your eSell

    When a visitor to your page would like to purchase the product you are promoting, in

    your blog or social media page post, all they have to do is click on the link.

    This is the link that the visitor clicks.

    1. The customer will be asked to agree with the Customer Shopping policy,

    click the Next button, then be redirected to a shopping cart page with the

    product that you had selected, as well as the quantities, pre-lled.

    Chooses Agree button,then clicks Next.

    2. The customer may change the product quantity if they want to increase or

    decrease their purchase.

    3. The customer will then select Update to conrm the changes.

    4. To proceed with their purchase they will click Checkout.

    5. The customer will then ll in their shipping and contact information.

    Their email and telephone number will be captured for your future use.

    6. The customer will then click Continue so that they can review their order.

    7. If the order conrmation page is correct the customer will click

    Proceed for Payment.

    8. The customer will, then, enter their credit card information and click

    Conrm Payment to nalize the transaction.

    9. The order will be processed and when the transaction is complete the

    customer will receive an order verication page where they can print their

    receipt. In addition to this page, a receipt will be sent to the customers

    email address.

    Reports: Viewing Customer eSell Purchases

    1. To view reports on your eSell tool activity select the eSell Report tab. This area will

    be your resource for the information that you need to contact and follow-up with your

    customers. This report provides all transaction information: the eSell tool ID, the eSell

    tool name, the customer name, email and phone number, as well as the eSell toolorder number, conrmation order number and purchase price.

    It, also, includes the status of the transaction: whether it was a success, it is

    pending or it failed, as well as the date of the order and the URL source where the

    order originated (your blog or social media page).

    2. To view reports on a specic eSell kit, you can search by eSell ID. Click the drop

    down menu, which will display all of your eSell IDs, and select a particular eSell

    ID which you would like to use to search. Once you have selected an eSell tool

    ID click Search. All of the transactions for that eSell tool will now be displayed.

    3. To view reports on the transactions that were successes, failures or that are

    pending in the system, cick on the drop down menu to the right of transaction

    status. You may then view all the eSell tool transactions that were successes,

    failures, or that are still pending.

    4. You can, also, search by order date by entering the day, month and year in the

    blank box next to Date (DD-MM-YYYY) and clicking search.

    5. You may download all the reports you create, as well, by selecting the PDF or

    Excel icon. A report on the eSell tools you selected will then be displayed.
