SB23 | 6 Week Abortion Ban - criminalizing abortion after a detectable fetal heartbeat, which can occur as early as 6 weeks into pregnancy. House vote: 4/10/2019. Innovation Ohio supports a NO vote on the legislation.
HB154 | Eliminate Academic Distress Commissions - ends the controversial practice of placing local school districts under state control as a result of low test scores and replaces it with a requirement for local improvement plans.
