I. SCOPE :

This specification covers the supply of Three phase Transformer Loss Measurement System

II.STANDARD OF MANUFACTURE AND TEST :

The equipment shall conform to the latest edition of theappropriate IEC standards and/or other international standards.

III. DESCRIPTION :

1. Function of equipment :- The Three phase Transformer Loss Measurement System

(TLMS) measures Losses of distribution transformers (Ratedup to 2500 kVA three phase, with up to 7 % impedance atfull kVA) quickly and accurately.

- TLMS is capable of measuring the following data inaccordance with IEC 76 Standard : Excitation current, corelosses (No load loss), Copper losses, Impedance voltage,temperature.

2. Technical specification :• Measurement Principle : Three-wattmeter or twowattmeter method of measurement. By the data acquisitionsystem ,TLMS acquires and records data from all of digitalmeters of TLMS, normalizes the data to standard temperatureconditions, perform the calculations to obtain the derived dataaccording to IEC 76 Standard and enters the data into a datafile....,produces test report

• Output :- For Losses Measurement :

+ Three phase 50 Hz+ Voltage max : 1600 V+ Current max : 100A

- For Induced overvoltage Test :+ Three phase 200 Hz+ Voltage : 800V

•Instruments : Digital meters for output voltage, current,losses and temperature

- Duty Cycle :+ Continuous at 50% of the rating+ 5 min on, 15 min off at rated kVA range

IV. REQUIREMENT OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTSUBMITTED WITH THE QUOTATION :

- Technical description, data sheet, catalogues and othermaterial submitted with the quotation must enable thePurchaser to thoroughly evaluate the proposals as to itscompliance with the inquiry specification.

- Minimum requirements :

+ Detail summary of deviations to the inquiryspecification.

+ Completed inquiry datasheet expressed at section V.+ Catalogues containing outline dimension, technical

data…+ List of main equipment and completed accessorieswhich can perform all function described in section IIIhave the following requirements :

. Individual cost of main equipment and each accessory

. Total cost of main equipment and completed accessory

. Manufacture’s code of main equipment and eachaccessory

+ Connection diagram.+ Certificate of quality management.

1. Documents required to be provide for commission :

In order to ensure the quality of supplied goods, in case of bidwinning, the Tenderer shall supply the following documents forthe Purchaser :

- Manufacturer’s Certificate of Quality.- Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce of the manufacturing country.- Certificate of calibration of equipment approved by anindependent lawful organization.

2. Documents required to be provide in accompany withsupplied products :

The Supplier shall enclose the following documents for suppliedproducts :

- 01 catalog- 01 instruction manual of installation, operation and

maintenance.

VI. REQUIREMENT OF INSTALLATION AND INSTRUCTION

FOR USE :

The Supplier shall ensure to supply the following service :- Installation the equipment completely.- Instruction to Purchaser’s staff how to use this equipmenton site.- Trial run this equipment.
