  • • REGISTRATION DEADLINE

    – 14th of June. Registrations after the deadline will not be considered.

    – Registry only online at Sportdata website …www.sportdata.org…

    • REGISTRY AND PAYMENT IN EUROS PROCESS

    – Registry, payment and weight of the competitors will be Friday 21th of June in the OFFICIAL

    HOTEL FENIX (just in front of the pavillion) and during Saturday 22th of June in the morning in

    the same pavillion PRAT GRAN (special place for this process).

    – FEE INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION:

    – Children and Youth: 15 Euros,

    – Cadet, Junior and Sub 21: 20 Euros,

    – Senior: 25 Euros.

    – If the competitor want to compite in Kata and Kumite will pay for the second participation

    10 Euros in addition.

    – FEE TEAM KATA COMPETITION:

    – All the teams will pay 20 Euros for participate (fee for all the team).

    • REGULATION

    – According WKF + FAK (Andorra Karate Federation).

    • RESPONSIBLE REFEREE

    – Mr. Luis Ignacio Gómez (WKF Referee),

    – All around referee things will be coordinated by Mr. Gomez.

  • • PROTEST

    – Always in written form and handed to the Responsible Referee (National Referee

    Committee). At the same time a deposit of 100 Euros needs to be left. Should the protest be

    approved, the amount will be refunded.

    • MEDICAL INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

    – Each competitor must have his own medical insurance,

    – The organizer exclude any form of liability whatsoever.

    • EQUIPMENT AND COACH

    – According to the WKF regulations,

    – Organizer does not leave protections,

    – Only one coach will be allowed for each delegation and he will be dressed with a track suit.

    • IN GENERAL ABOUT THE COMPETITION

    – In all the categories and modalities will be repeschage for the Bronze medals,

    – In Kumite modality and in any weight if there are less than four competitors the organization

    reserves the right to pass the category/ies to OPEN,

    – In any modality and category if there are less than two competitors the organization

    reserves the right to cancel the category,

    • The organization will publish the competition final schedule and pools in Sportdata website.

  • • SATURDAY 22th June (CADET – JUNIOR – SUB 21 – SENIOR):

    – KATA INDIVIDUAL CADET (14 – 15 years old):

    • From Blue Belt,

    • In each round the competitors will make a different kata,

    • The competitors will make Basic or WKF list Kata, the kata that the competitor wish.

    – KATA INDIVIDUAL SENIOR (+16 years old):

    • From Blue Belt,

    • In each round the competitors will make a different kata,

    • The competitors will make Basic or WKF list Kata, the kata that the competitor wish.

    • CASH PRIZES IN EUROS FOR THE CHAMPIONS (MALE AND FEMALE): 300 EUROS.

    – KATA TEAMS CADET (14 – 15 years old):

    • From Blue Belt,

    • In each round the competitors will make a different kata,

    • The competitors will make Basic or WKF list Kata, the kata that the competitor wish.

    • At the final the competitors don’t need to make the Kata Bunkai .

    – KATA TEAMS SENIOR (+16 years old):

    • From Blue Belt,

    • In each round the competitors will make a different kata,

    • The competitors will make Basic or WKF list Kata, the kata that the competitor wish.

    • At the final the competitors will make the Kata Bunkai.

  • • SATURDAY 22th June (CADETTS – JUNIORS – SUB 21 – SENIORS):

    – KUMITE INDIVIDUAL CADET (14 – 15 years old):

    • From Blue belt,

    • Male weight: -63 Kg, +63 Kg,

    • Female weight: -54 Kg, +54 Kg.

    • Duration of the fight: 2 minutes.

    – KUMITE INDIVIDUAL JUNIOR (16 – 17 years old):

    • From Blue belt,

    • Male weight: -68 Kg, +68 Kg,

    • Female weight: -55 Kg, +55 Kg.

    • Duration of the fight: 2 minutes.

    – KUMITE INDIVIDUAL SUB 21 (18 – 19 and 20 years old):

    • From Blue belt,

    • Male weight: -78 Kg, +78 Kg,

    • Female weight: -58 Kg, +58 Kg.

    • Duration of the fight: Male 3 minutes and Female 2 minutes.

    – KUMITE INDIVIDUAL SENIOR (+21 years old):

    • From Blue belt,

    • Male weight: -75 Kg, +75 Kg,

    • Female weight: -61 Kg, +61 Kg.

    • Duration of the fight: Male 3 minutes and Female 2 minutes.

    • CASH PRIZES IN EUROS FOR THE CHAMPIONS IN OPEN CATEGORY (MALE AND FEMALE): 300 EUROS.

    • IMPORTANT: to be eligible for the prize the competitors who win in Senior category in both weights will

    fight again in OPEN category to obtain only one OPEN champion. The winner of the OPEN category will

    gain 300 Euros in cash.

    – 10.45: Bonze Kata Mixed Teams – Kata Finals,

    – 12.15: Eliminatories Kumite Individual Children (10-11),

    – 13.00: Eliminatories Kumite Individual Youth,

    – 13.45: Eliminatories Bronze Kumite Children (8-9 & 10-11) and Youth,

  • • The organization of the championship in addition will grant three

    more cash prizes:

    • BEST ENTITY AWARD: – The organization will grant 500 euros cash award to the entity who fight in more

    finals in categories with 8 o more competitors.

    • BEST REFEREE AWARD: – The delegate of each registered entity at the final of the championship (Sunday

    23th June) will vote the best referee of the competition always according to his judgement,

    – The organization will grant 300 euros cash award to the referee chosen.

    • FIDELITY AWARD: – All the clubs that have participated in 2012 and will come back in 2013 for

    participate in our Open with a 10 or more competitors team, automatically will enter in a lottery for 500 cash Euros that you can win. This lottery will be conditional on a same or higher participation (2012 – 300 competitors).
