This nonpartisan voter registration drive can help you if: you aren’t registered you are registered elsewhere and need to update your registration you haven’t voted in many years you simply wish to change parties Our primaries were in September with the general election in November. You can’t make a difference if you aren’t regis-tered. Catholic schools are making sure that parents and other family members are registered. Be a part of this drive and show our elected officials that Catholics vote too. Your completed forms will be gathered along with those from all schools and other parishes in the Diocese and presented to the New York City Board of Elections at the same time. Please make time after Mass to fill out your registration form and remember to vote your faith.

DIOCESAN NEWS! This past week, Bishop Di Marzio ordained ten men to the priesthood. These men were from the farthest reaches of the world and yet they share one faith and the same mission. As a Christian and a priest, they piety and zeal of these men is a source of inspiration and encouragement. These men are icons of Christ. They are reminder that we are to be like Him- the priest and the sacrifice. We may be poor and have little to offer, but the Lord does great things with us and we can rejoice in the great things He will do with these fine young men. May God bless them!
