Bespoke Homes creates great spaces that are exciting, dynamic and inspiring. Spaces and materials are deeply considered so that they are practical, workable, enjoyable and soulful, offering delight and maturity over time. Above all we aspire for spaces and buildings to be enjoyed by both the users of the building and society. With this primary ambition, our projects address wider audiences, engaging with issues including the environment, new movements in housing design and a practice of high quality architecture.

Currently we have expanding offices in London and Copenhagen with projects developing both in the UK and internationally. Bespoke Homes is also engaged with self-build, workspace and renovation.

Bespoke Homes is a modern boutique service offering places to live that are handcrafted by a collaboration of architects, craftsmen, technologists and design engineers. It is unchallenged in its concept and thinking and is the first property development company

in the UK to offer a whole range of selective services that allow many levels of personal tailoring. This encompasses unique apartments, private one- off houses, bespoke interiors and crafted furniture, all of which can be custom-made to individual briefs.

‘Bespoke culture offers an alternative for quality and design conscious individuals who have exhausted the traditional housing model and who are aware of the pitfalls of most new build housing.’

The Bespoke design approach embraces detail, craft, invention and integrity with a particularly strong emphasis on the use of natural materials and daylight. Function and practicality are inherent, whilst each Bespoke space aims to be unique and set apart from the next by way of the individual design process. The concept also explores and develops projects using appropriate technology, advanced construction techniques and integrated environmental systems.

The Woodside concept was crystallised from the Bespoke design culture in making the apartments spatial, light and fundamentally a place to relax and enjoy. The conversion of the existing villa has been sensitively undertaken to ensure the original features and qualities of the existing remain unaltered. The design approach also uses a high practice of craft and there is an extensive use of natural materials throughout which aims to blend the new and the existing seamlessly together. Each apartment is unique to the next, and each holds a generous layout with an open feeling of space throughout. All interiors have a double aspect orientation, offering an abundance of light-filled interiors with open, unrestricted panoramic views onto tranquil mature landscapes.

Existing architectural features have either been restored or reinstated to offer a familiar setting that enhances the private villa accommodation. With a careful insertion of both new, high quality features, and modern technologies, the
