Wayne HartmannCEO, Mentor, Program Director - 10X-E

Wayne is the founder of H2 Business Consulting and draws on over 30 years

of experience in diverse environments to bring solutions to the business.

Seventeen years of this experience were spent at executive level, working

out what makes businesses successful and what does not. Wayne was

previously involved in leading a scale-up business across Africa and has lead

several business turnarounds. He is currently focussed on execution,

leadership, systems and processes for scaling businesses.

Kerrin MillerPrinciple Psychologist and Co-Founder – Factor10 ConsultingKerrin is a Registered Industrial Psychologist with over twenty five years experience

working in the areas of leadership, learning, coaching and change. She started her career

as a human resource business partner and spent ten years in senior roles within large

organisations leading human resource teams in both South Africa and the United

Kingdom. After registering as a psychologist in 2003, Kerrin spent ten years consulting

within a blue chip client base in the areas of learning and leadership.

Since 2014 Kerrin has been co-founder and principal psychologist for Factor10, building

leaders who thrive in the new, exponential era. She leads a team of psychologists and

coaches which has worked with over 700 Pan-African leaders and leadership teams

across banking, technology, insurance, legal, pharmaceutical and non-profit

organisations.

Craig CarolanOwner & Founder – Intrinsic Education

Craig is passionate about personal and organisational learning! His career spans over 25 years of teaching,

training, and coaching. Before moving into personal and organisational coaching, Craig’s teaching career

spans leadership roles, as SenCo, Head of Learning Development, Head of Year, Deputy Headmaster and

most recently, Headmaster at successful independent and state schools in both the United Kingdom and

Africa.

As a teacher and coach, Craig also holds a Masters in Psychology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Leadership

Development from Wits Business School, is a certified NLP trainer as well as a Master Trainer in the de Bono

Thinking skills. Craig is a member of COMENSA as well as the International Positive Psychology Association

(IPPA). He has worked closely with international thinking mentors such as Edward de Bono, Tony Buzan, and

Anthony Robbins and uses the knowledge and expertise he has gained to inform his approach to helping

people. Craig strives to use all of these experiences and skills to enable those he works with to achieve their
