Prior to roll-out:
o ‘Hands-on’ interactive training sessions covering: CAS with DFV CAS and CWS with DFV CWS Administrator
o Use of Xchanging training facilities
o Maximum training group size of 8 delegates per session (subject to maximum 2 per organisation)
o Train-the-trainer approach (ECF2 Champions)
o Additional training (subject to bespoke arrangement)
