I'd like to4 read an opening statement:5 This is to advise the general public6 that in compliance with Chapter 231 of the7 public laws of 1975 entitled "Senator Bryon M.8 Baer Open Public Meeting Act," the New Jersey9 Casino Control Commission on December 11th,

10 2019, filed with the Secretary of State at the11 State House in Trenton an annual meeting12 schedule.13 On December 11th, 2019, copies were14 mailed to subscribers.15 Members of the press will be permitted16 to take photographs. Reilly, Rita D. Smith, Susan E.7 Viering, and Kathy J. Whitlock.8 It is noted that Louis DeFabio includes9 a multi-casino endorsement.

10 No further Commission action is required11 regarding these individuals.12 MS. FAUNTLEROY: Thank you.13 Item No. 4 are requests for inactivation14 of casino key employee licenses.15 Again, Mr. Ealer will review those with16 you.17 MR. EALER: In lieu of filing a casino18 key employee license review application, three19 individuals have requested to be placed on the20 inactive list not to exceed five years.21 The three individuals are: Tracy L.22 Marshall, Cheri A. At that time his position was20 Senior Vice President of Marketing in the21 internal strategic review at MGM Resorts22 International. The position was revised to23 Head of Direct Marketing.24 The Division has reported on his plenary25 qualification. Counsel is here to address the

You5 remanded his matter at the request of staff and6 the Division on November 13.7 Conferences were hold January 23 and 26,8 the last of which resulted in the entry into a9 stipulation of settlement.

10 The Division is here to address that11 settlement.12 MR. BISCIEGLIA: Morning, Chairman and13 Commissioners. Brian C.
