manufacturing country.- Certificate of calibration of equipment approved by an

independent lawful organization.

2. Documents required to be provide in accompany withsupplied products :

The Supplier shall enclose the following documents for suppliedproducts :

- 01 catalog- 01 instruction manual of installation, operation and

maintenance.

VI. REQUIREMENT OF INSTALLATION AND INSTRUCTION
