On this page you can read impressions of the participants who took part in second training course in Albania. More impressions can be find on FB of the project: Fighting Gender Inequality through Youth Work and projectblog: https://gender4foryou.wordpress.com.

I learnt from this project how to cooperate with people who

come from different countries. That’s mean they have different

points of view according to the main topic which is connected

with gender inequality, how to listen to be understand and

solve some problems in a group way.

I was surprised about the level of discussions which seemed

to be very high and atmosphere which made us more opened-

minded to each other. Anyway personally I was surprised that

my soft skills could be improved so easily according to

workshops and different tasks.

I find interesting first of all in the main topic because I didn’t

think it can be so important for me and even for any friends

from Poland with who I was talking about. Secondly I found

interesting sharing our knowledge and experiences with each

other. I think campaign is a kind of process according to pay

attention to different problems which should be solved in our

societies.

Natalia, Poland

I learned o lot of new knowledge about gender issues also from the other fields related with gender. I gained lot

of important information about countries that they were part

of this training course. I was surprised how participants from

different countries with different culture were very open and

friendly, sharing their country realities specially about the

situation that has to do with the gender issues. I find interesting in this training course that all theparticipants were able to contribute and the had such awillingness and motivation to discuss, work and improve the

most common problems that each country is facing with. I

think campaigning is one of the best ways how to express

our ideas a well to achieve new results and to haveopportunity how to make changes

Arberesha, Kosovo

Every day you learn something

new. I learned so much like

working on the teams, coming up

with ideas and doing my best.

I found it interesting working with

new people,

hearing their thoughts.

Lidia, Macedonia

I learned how to deal with and work with different people

from different backgrounds. I learned that inequality

based on gender and the faces of this problem are

common in countries, in other words gender inequality is

a global problem, not local. I learned that if people who are willing to fight gender

inequality work together we will be able to overcome this

problem of thousands of years. I was surprised how youth are aware of the stereotypes,

open minded about issues on gender and passionate to

change the status-quo. I find highly interesting the topic campaigning, since it

helps you to connect many people. It can create

solidarity worldwide among people. Diler Cagil, Turkey

I learned that being kind andunderstanding cost nothing but is soworthy. I was surprised how one topiccan bring so much involving from somany different people. I think campaign is a hard work to do

and offer how it should be doneproperly, and is the best tool forspreading the awareness about anytopic so I’m looking forward to trymaking one.
