CI Young’s report, continued:

Esther Cantor stated Alexis (minor) has been in her home since birth, but the mother also lived in the

home. She stated Sophie (minor) was more in the mother’s care at birth; mother left the girls in her

care, but has threatened to take the girls. Esther Canto states Alexis gets angry following supervised

visits with her mother and indicated the mother yells and screams at the girls.

Children’s father, Jesus Anguiano, is currently incarcerated at Fresno County Jail.

Recommendation: It appears guardianship is necessary and in the best interest of the minors. It is

recommended that Esther Cantor be appointed guardian.
