Why a new allocation process?

• Market oriented process.

• Flexible and step by step planning.

• Short time to allow a new timetable. Aim 5 minutes not 5 days.

• Let the Railways undertakings and Maintenance entrepreneurs be involved in the Infrastructure Managers IT-system.

• Put in place the next generation of IT-tools.

• Sweden set up next step in Rail Freight Corridors 2.0.
