“ICT Raises Educational Standards”- Impact2Report

Executive SummaryRegardless of an organisation’s size, and no matter the industry or sector it operates in,the level of benefit achieved from ICT investment is largely a function of effective management.ICT needs to be driven from the boardroom not the backroom.Unless there is recognition at the highest level that technology is critical to an organisation's ongoing success , the chances of successful ICT implementation are significantly lessened.New Study released by Senator :Hon Hellen Coonan ,Minister for ICT & Arts –Australia 21 April 2005

They can find information, collaborate with others and use images and sound as well as text to communicate what they have learned. We must exploit Teen literacy 33
