1) Log in/Sign up

• To log into your Busch’s MyWay account, click “Log in.” The system will prompt you to enter your email address and password. If you do not have or remember your password, select “Forgot Password” to create one.

• Currently not a MyWay Member? Click “Sign up” The system will prompt you to enter the required information to create your account and receive MyWay Member Exclusive offers.

2) MyWay Account Access

• Once logged into your Busch’s MyWay account, you will have access to the following: General account information, MyWay coupons, saved shopping lists, previous or existing online orders, purchase history, etc.

3) Online Order How-To

• Once logged into your Busch’s MyWay account, click “Shopping,” followed by “Online Ordering. Our Online Ordering page will allow you to view Sale Items, All Items, or your personal “My Items” based on your shopping history. If you are looking for a certain brand or product, please use the search engine to easier locate specific items and add to cart.

• You do have the ability on our site to add your items to a list. Once you have logged into your MyWay account and have added items to your cart, you will click on your cart and choose, "Save to a List". The system will then ask you if you want to create a “New List” or add to an “Existing List”. Your list will be saved in the system. Once your shopping list is complete, you will be able add all, or some of the items in the list to your shopping cart and checkout.

• To retrieve this list, please click the dropdown menu and select “Shopping Lists.” From there, you will be able to input all or certain items into your shopping cart.

• Once you have added all the items you want to your cart, click on the cart in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

• You will then see a page like the one below. As you can see, it indicates your shopping location, shopping dates, number of items you are ordering and the grand total of your order. You may also select “Add MyWay Coupon” to receive the free weekly item with your $25 purchase. This item will have to be manually added into your shopping cart. At this point, you will click on “Check Out.”

• A new page will reiterate that information and give you options such as bag preference, contact phone, special instructions, etc. Please indicate in the Special Instructions box additional information regarding your order, or monetary MyWay coupons to redeem. Example: “Please apply my $5 off $25 coupon PLU 00000.”

• You will then click on “Continue” at the bottom of the screen.

• The next page will ask you for your Payment Method. You will click on “Add New Card” and then click “Continue.” This page will ask you for the information on your credit card. Once you have successfully entered the information and click “Submit”, you will be prompted to “Exit Payment.” From there, click “Continue.”

IF USING AN APPLE DEVICE - YOU MAY NEED TO ADJUST YOUR BROWER SETTINGS.

iPad/iPhone users:

• Go to SETTINGS • Click on your browser, i.e., SAFARI

• Scroll down to PRIVACY & SECURITY • Scroll down to PREVENT CROSS-SITE TRACKING. If it is enabled/turned on, you

must disable/turn off.

MAC users:

• Open Safari to display Safari on your menu bar • Click Safari • Click the Preferences tab • Click Privacy • Under Privacy, you will see a box labeled Prevent Cross-Site Tracking. This

must be disabled/turned off.

4) Complete Order

• From there, you will be re-directed to your order information in which you will ensure that everything is correct. Once you have confirmed this, click “Place Order” to receive your order confirmation number. (Example: 1035-021922) Your confirmation will appear on your screen, and an email version will be delivered as well.

5) Online Order Modification Process

• Once your online order has been submitted, you will have the option of modifying your order up to 36 hours prior to your pickup time.

• Log into your MyWay account and select “Online Orders”

• Click on “Modify”

• Click “Add Items”

• Once you have added your selected items into your shopping cart, you will click “Add to Existing order.” The system will prompt you to select the order that you would like the items added to.

• From there, the system will take you back to the Web Order Detail page which will reflect the changes that you made to your order and will indicate the revised charges.

6) Cancellation Policy

• Busch’s requires a minimum of 36 hours’ notice to cancel your order without charge. Orders may be cancelled by calling the store designated for pick-up or may be cancelled online if you are more than 48 hours from your scheduled pickup time. In the event you fail to pick up your order within 24 hours of the scheduled time or attempt to cancel your order within 36 hours of pickup, Busch’s will charge you your $6.95 order fee as well as a $15 restocking fee if your order has already been picked.

7) Pick-Up Process

• Your local Busch’s store will not receive confirmation of your order until 36 hours prior to your pickup time, once the allowance for modification has closed.

• Once your personal shopper has shopped and cashed out your order, all items will be separated and stored into the areas most suitable for them (refrigerator, freezer, items affected by cold temperatures such as bananas).

• Once you have arrived at your selected pickup time, please call your local Busch’s store to let them know you have arrived, and they will gather your order to deliver it to you curbside. Or, if you have selected “Come In” on the Order Information page, you will approach Guest Services to pick up your order.
