Add Time:• Click on the plus sign to add time• You can also apply a template to the
timesheet• Select the different paycodes that are
assigned to you• Optional to enter project costing
information – you must own the module

Equipment Timesheet
• Equipment will show as a second line on the timesheet• You can show or hide equipment• The second line will be automatically populated with the hours entered above but can be modified or additional

Real Time – REACH Time Banks Check
• HRISMyWay will prompt you when using more hours than are available in a REACH bank and reset to the max

Regular Hours – Validation Check
• HRISMyWay will warn you of what the ‘Expected Hours’ are compared to the ‘Hours for submission’• Validates this information from the employee hours per day, days per week from Dynamics GP Canadian

Regular Hours – Submitting Time
• Time will be submitted when the green ‘Submit’ button in the top right in clicked• Once time has been submitted, it will show with an ‘S’ beside the time that was submitted

Approvals
• Once time is submitted, anyone with access to approvals can navigate to this icon to approve time• Can be individually checked and mass approved or click ‘Approve’ to approve one by one • ‘Mark All’, ‘Unmark All’, and ‘Approve’ – Options available below

Approval - Details
• By clicking on the pay period under the specific employee, you can view the timesheet details• It will also display any notes attached as well

Rejecting Time By Approver
• Time can be rejected with a specific rejection message• This will re-route the timesheet back to the employee for adjustments

Rejected Time – What The Employee See’s
• Rejected time reroutes back to the employee with a grey ‘!’ indicating that there is time that needs to be changed
• Hovering over will show you the rejection message

Delegation
• The Delegation screen allows you to delegate another employee to approve time for another employee
• Why Delegate? This feature is handy when staff goes on vacation or if you have multiple managers that can approve the same staff’s time
• By clicking ‘Assign Delegate’ this screen allows you to select the approver and the delegatee
• It also allows you to specify a period of time, if the approver should continue to get notifications and if you want to provide a reason

Routines – Transfer to GP
• This window allows you to transfer time from HRISMyWay to Dynamics GP• There is no export file, this happens automatically • It will prompt you for a batch that has already been setup in Dynamics GP• Clicking the plus beside the pay period will expand the details of that pay period

Routines – Employee Count
• Window displays the employee count• Current month or month history

Routines – Synchronize Data
• Syncs data from Dynamics GP to time entry on demand• Data will automatically sync periodically or synced from this window• No import/export

Self-Service
• When clicking on self-service, this allows employees to see their banked time, payments, paystubs, and much more
• Using the options on the left hand side, it will allow you to navigate between the windows
• Can expand bank to show bank transaction details
• Payment Dates, net, and the paystub are listed here and the stub can be accessed by clicking ‘View’ beside the applicable pay period

Approvers are not assigned to employees!
Approvers are assigned to departments or projects that time is entered against.
Quick to set up. Plus have multiple approvers for employees that work in different departments.
