This invention provides a road vehicle that is fully battery-operated. It is an exceptionally maneuverable urban mass transit all-electric vehicle, possessing a multiple trailer configuration, each trailer possessing its own AC/DC drive motor. These motors independently provide the trailer it is in its own drive. The motors of each trailer also serve as an electric brake such that while the vehicle is braking, the energy that is dissipated is converted to electric energy and stored in the vehicle's batteries. The passenger compartments are connected by a mounted fifth-wheel to allow passengers to move from compartment to compartment.

A thermochromic compound is comprised of a polymeric complex of copper and a linear diacid. The thermochromic compound undergoes a color change from a hydrated color state to a dehydrated color state upon removal of moisture at an elevated temperature, and undergoes a color change from the dehydrated color state to the hydrated color state upon adsorption of moisture at a reduced temperature. The thermochromic compound can be embedded in a matrix formulation of a moisture sensing composition, or dispersed in a liquid paint formulation of a thermochromic paint composition. To form the thermochromic compound, copper is reacted with a linear diacid in the presence of a basic salt to result in the polymeric complex.

This invention relates to a reversible cutting tool with multiple cutting edges for making cylindrical dowels of bamboo shoots in uniform and consistent sizes. Metal cylinders are fixed side by side in a manner to fit tightly inside a metal strip enabling the severance of the equivalent cylindrical dowels of the bamboo shoot in one stroke. When the cutting edges become dull, the tool can be flipped over to allow the other side of the tool to be used. When fitted in industrial-type devices, a handle can be fixed on one side of the strip to allow safe and easy cleaning and replacement. When used in personal kitchens, a pair of raised handles is attached to the strip at opposite sides of the strip.

Provided is a method for producing a nickel ore slurry comprising: a classification step adding water to a nickel oxide ore containing nickel and cobalt and performing classification to obtain an ore slurry containing a reduced solid having a particle size of more than 1.4 mm; and an ore slurry concentration step of adding a flocculant to the ore slurry and subjecting a resultant mixture to sedimentation to reduce the water to thereby obtain a concentrated slurry, wherein an amount of the flocculant added is adjusted according to a content and a composition of a solid contained in the ore slurry, the amount of the flocculant added being based on a specific standard.
