Course DescriptionCourse Description::

HRM is part of management field of study.

• It presents the basic concepts and methods in which an organization/ institution study and use for their respective human resource planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation, and safety and health.

The course will enable students/participants to develop necessary skills for managing human resources, pertaining to achieve organizational goals.
