Foreword

“The true potential for tackling alcohol related problems and transforming health and wellbeing essentially lies in developing solutions that are shaped and driven by people who know their views count, their voices will be heard, and who are enabled to

take more control and responsibility over their own lives.

We need to be brave and test this opportunity to grow and sustain health and wellbeing right in the heart of our local communities,

with local communities leading and shaping solutions for themselves”

Dr P. Elton, Director of Public Health
