    2. Explanation of each Mode1) run : automatic operation status

    - run mode must be always shown on display after input data into thisequipment, and the equipment is automatically operated.

    2) # t : to input open time of each designated valve.- Input-range is 0.010 second to 60 seconds. If input-data is out of range, it isnot change to the next mode.- In response to the condition of chain, input-data is adopted differently.

    3) # on : to input quantity of conveyor lubrication point which adopted to eachdesignated No.- Input-range is 0 to 9999. And input data 10% more than quantity of lubrication

    point.4) # oF : to Input rest cycle of converyor which is adopted to each designated No.

    - Input-range is 0 to 9999. Valve is not operated within cycle of input-range.Range need to be adopted differently in response to the condition of chain.5) SAVE : to save input data

    3. Adjust and input method of MODE1) Turn power S/W on, and run mode is shown on display.2) Push S/W 1. Each push of S/W 1 changes the mode in display as below.

    3) If 1t mode is shown in display, push S/W 2 to show numerical digits.4) Input operating time by adjusting flickering numerals with S/W 3 and S/W4.5) If push S/W 2 again, position of flickering numeral is moved.6) And push S/W 1 again, it is changed to next mode.7) Input t, on and oF as above, and keep pushing S/W 1 till SAVE mode is

    shown in display.8) If SAVE is shown in display, push S/W 2. And SAVE mode is flickering one

    time, thereafter all input-data is saved.9) Push S/W 1 to show run mode, therefore this equipment become automatic

    operation standby status.10) If Push S/W 2 while run mode is shown in display, new data will be adopted

    from the time input-data loaded. And equipment lubricate for 1 cycle, and then itis changed to rest status.

    4. Explanation of Diode1) Diode 1 : to show status during lubrication.- Indicator lamp is turned on during lubrication into conveyor.- Indicator lamp is turned off when rest status is adopted to all designated

    conveyors.2) Diode 2,3,4 : to show operation status of valve which is related each No.- While each desingnated valve operates, it is flickering with valve.

    5. Explanation of equipment operation stuatus1) When ON mode (on lubrication) is adopted to conveyor chain, blue lamp is turnedon. And Motor is automatically generated and oil is discharged.2) If sensor does not operate for 3 minutes in ON mode, motor automatically stop.And motor runs automatically after sensor operate.3) In case of oil-shortage in oil tank, red lamp is turned on. And motor stop.6. Caution & suggestions1) Should always check whether run is shown in display.2) If chains are shown symptoms of oil-shortage, push S/W 2 and lubricate one time.3) If too much oil put on chain, adjust # oF mode to raise input-amount.4) Always keep clean around equipment, and control box must be sealed to block allkinds of dust.5) Fire materials must be kept away from equipment.6) If any urgent case happens, turn off power and contact below telephone no. for A/S.
