Every year on 31st January we are reminded of the progress we made and continue to make every year since we developed our Vision & Values in 2010.

Together all leaders of BSRM Family, old & young, men & women, professionals and stakeholders crafted the Vision & Values in 2010 and ever since we have operated under the Vision.

The day long V&V celebration started with an executive session where achievements based on values were discussed and new commitment for the coming year were made. Selected projects and activities related to respective values were presented by each of the Business/Function Heads.

Those who have lived the Values the Best (LTVB), and from among them the Employee of the Year was chosen, got

together with all management employees - starting from Senior Officer and above including those selected to receive awards and recognition - assembled for an evening of celebration.

We recognized those who have served the BSRM family for more than 25 years, in addition to our Best Sales Person and our Icon for Safety.

Before we adjourned for dinner we had a fun exercise where some of our lucky attendants walked away with raffle prizes. Some of our winners were proud to proclaim that this was the first time they ever won anything in their life.

This year we combined our ERP implementation achievement with our V&V celebration as a milestone activity. Together with our project consultants and Implementation partner, the first integrated system went live first quarter 2014. We recognized the key contributors to the successful ERP Implementation.

Among the stars included Module Champions, Support Team Members, BSRM IT and ERP Project Coordinators.
