Our heartfelt condolences to our members: Michael Khor & Poh Khim. Their
beloved father/father-in-law, the late Mr Khor Ngiap Cheng returned to the
Lord on 27-Jan-2018. Please pray for God’s peace and comfort upon the
family during this period.

TRAC Board of Youth Ministry
TRACKERS
Trackers is a 3-month discipleship programme organized under the TRAC Board of Youth
Ministry, for young people between the ages of 17 to 25. Led by Truthmin the full-time
youth ministry group of which 2 of our members, Benedict Ooi and Mark Masillomoney, are a
part of.
In the first month, they will learn to sit at the feet of Jesus and learn about discipleship
topics.
The next portion of the program, they will be sent on overseas outreaches around the region
to share the love of God with those that do not know Him.
The last part of the program is a serving the local community before they graduate from the
program.
This year we have 1 Tracker, Correy Masillamoney joining the program. Just finishing
secondary school, she is exploring her own journey of faith through this program. Do give
her your support.

Pray for our Missionary Associate Dr Seet Ai Mee. She is ministering in Cambodia -
Transforming Cambodia through E2STEM Education.
Thanksgiving for progress of E2STEM: renovations completed, and Teacher Training
Program started.
Pray for God's sustenance over her health (hearing in right ear and right eye
cataract) and smooth surgery on 05-Mar-2018.
Pray for Discovery Camps' sign-ups in the new year.

Aldersgate Methodist Church
We invite interested and suitably qualified persons to apply for the position of Lay Administration Staff - Communications. The primary responsibilities will include: RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintain and upgrade website 2. Maintain and upgrade Notice Boards. Encourage and equip committees to use them 3. Produce IN AND AROUND Newsletter once in 2 months 4. AV work on Sunday: custodian of Coms equipment/upgrade and maintain current
equipment 5. Prepare AV, sermon powerpoints and videos or publicity displays for Sunday services
and events 6. Work with Archives to keep and display history of the church 7. Design church bulletin covers, publicity materials and produce them 8. Train and direct people in publicity skits 9. Work on Corporate identity eg name cards, letterheads etc 10. Assist in preparation of church brochures and display of them 11. Represent AMC at Methodist Boards and Councils re communication ie publicity
matters 12. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Pastors
QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields. Familiar with digital solutions and relevant IT software applications specifically
Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
REQUIREMENTS: Possess the following key skills: Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written A “people” person Innovative ideas to pitch story angles Research, proof reading and leadership Relevant experience and to always keep up with the latest industry trends

P riority registration for Aldersgate Praise Centre, an after-school student
care centre that provides care to the students of Fairfield Methodist
Primary School, is open from 1-Feb-2018 to 28-Feb-2018 for 2019 P1
Registration for AMC church members’ children. Subsequently, registration will be on a first-
come first-served basis.
