What exactly is ISOBUS?

ISOBUS is the name of the

international interface for trac-

tors and the various machines.

ISOBUS is a combination of

ISO and BUS.

ISOBUS – the interface between tractor and machine!

ISO – because the transmis-

sion medium, plug connec-

tions and the exchange of data

are defi ned according to the

ISO standard 11783.

BUS – because the transmis-

sion medium is a databus

(CAN bus).

ISOBUS is compatible across

manufacturers and can, there-

fore, be used, combined and

coordinated with a variety of

machines and devices.

Pöttinger supplies this control

system with large mowers,

drilling systems and four-rotor

windrower, in addition to the

silage trailer.

Standard operation for all Pöttinger silage trailers with

unloading proportioning („D“ types). The computer

contains software for Power Control and ISOBUS.

Also available on request for trailers with no unloading

proportioning („L“ types).

All automatic functions can be controlled directly from the

controller.

Error messages are also displayed. There is integrated data

logging.
