10.10 Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/faculty Performance
A written feedback is taken at the end of each semester on their views about the faculty and academic delivery. Periodic meetings are held by the Board members with the students to provide a forum to voice their grievances and suggestions regarding the governance of the institution. Grievances boxes are also available in the academic area.
10.11 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
The staff can represent their grievances to the Director. A representation can be made to the Management if their grievances are not redressed at the appropriate level of authority. The same procedure is adopted for Non-teaching and Students Staff also.
