You want the system to display customer-specific fields in the standard list transactions.

Reason and Prerequisites

The customer-defined fields are included in the standard tables.

Solution

If you want the system to issue the customer-defined fields in the corresponding list, you generallyonly have to extend the output structure used in the corresponding list with these fields. Thisshould occur by means of an append structure.In order to be sure that the fields can be selected, you should append customer-defined fields tothe corresponding tables using the corresponding "CI_" includes only.

The following output structures must be extended where necessary:

l Order list (IW38, IW39, IW72, IW73):

In order to issue the fields from the CI_AUFK include on the order list, you have toexpand the RIHAUFK_LIST structure with the corresponding fields.

l Notification list (IW28, IW29, IW58, IW59):

In order to issue the fields from the CI_QMEL include on the notification list, you haveto expand the RIHQMEL_LIST structure with the corresponding fields.

l Equipment list / serial number list (IE05, IE06, IH08, IH10, IQ08, IQ09):

In order to issue the fields from the CI_EQUI include on the equipment list, you have toexpand the RIHEQUI_LIST structure with the corresponding fields.

l List of functional locations (IH06, IH11, IL05, IL20):

In order to issue the fields from the CI_IFLOT include on the equipment list, you have toexpand the RIHIFLO_LIST structure with the corresponding fields.

l List of maintenance items (IP17, IP18):

In order to issue the fields from the CI_MPOS include on the maintenance item list, youhave to expand the RIHMPOS structure with the corresponding fields.

After you have expanded the output structure, you have to reset the ALV buffers where necessary. Youhave to start program BALVBUFDEL for that.

If the customer-defined fields contain a conversion routine, a program modification might benecessary for the correct display. Whereas, the expansion of a structure with the help of an appendstructure is not considered as modification.
