UA8.1.3 current

status - RED

• 8.1.3 EP2 TAP5 live on ATT (Phase 1) & SKT : Stability improved with TAP5 but new occurrences observed on ATT. New RAB reset observed on NY sites under investigation. Rollout completed on SKT with TAP6K.

• 8.1.3 EP3 is live on ATT (Phase 2), CU, A1TA and Orange France. KPI Gating issues expected to be fixed in EP4 (CU & A1TA). HW issues with RRH 2x60-850.

• UA8.1.3 EP4 is live on A1TA : Gating issues fixed. Stability issues (TMU reset) observed on wk44. Fix delivered, next live upgrade planned wk 45.1

UA8.1.3 Achievement

• Huge number of Stability (RAB & TMU reset) and KPI (code leackage) fixes in the past weeks (EP3 load)

• SKT Rollout completed on 224 RNC & 4,552 NodeBs running in UA8.1.3 EP2 TAP6K

• UA813 Maintenance load EP2.1 installed in field KC & NYC• Good progress observed on A1TA : KPI gating issues resolution• 3 RNCs from ORF are now Live

UA8.1.3 Issues &

Risks

• Gating CR RNC and iBTS still high. As progress is slow on FOA, late gating CRs are introduced, calling likely for a new maintenance release (EP5) after EP4

Next to come

• Fix stability issues to enable ATT Phase 1 FFA Exit and unblock Phase 2 FFA.

• Get A1T1 FOA Exit• New EP load on top of UA8.1.3 to GA China Unicom & Orange France• UA8.1.3 DR5 by end of November
