Background Checks
New Hires
All new hires get a background check completed if 18 or over. (Use unicru – initiate intent to hire)
No background screening for Interns coded RTS and approved screening on file.
Current Employee (promo / transfer)
All promotions require updated background screenings
Background is not needed if approved screening is less than 2 years old.
Process Hirechecks for New Hires through unicru phone only (use intent to hire). Promotions require hirecheck form filled out and faxed to hirecheck.
