Business Process Review survey - Frequently Asked Questions (2/2)

Why is the survey so long? ▪ Research run by the contractor has identified key elements on which to assess how an organization is doing. To make a reliable assessment of how healthy the ILO is, the survey needs to capture your perspective on all of them. Also, within each of these areas, we ask you to assess how well the ILO is doing, but also how often you see specific management practices in your day-to-day work. All this makes the survey broad, however it enables us to get a comprehensive, fact-based assessment on how the ILO is doing.

9

▪ The survey generally takes about 30 minutes to complete. How long does it take to complete a survey?

8

▪ This is a much broader and deeper assessment of how the organization is doing than previous surveys. Also, it is unique because it has extensive research behind it – it is statistically proven that healthy organizations are more likely to outperform their peers. This survey also incorporates standards that will allow us to benchmark the ILO’s health against other, similar organizations.

We already ran a lot of engagement surveys – why are we running another one?
