Modular design to allow for

different line compositions. Soaptec designed different line compo-

sitions so the client can found whatever he needs for his refining purpose and

automation of the soap production.

“Artisan” line comprises of these

machines:

AM-100T

Open sigma mixer that is discharged via tilting device, manual or motorized.

AM-100B (alternate to AM-100T)

Open sigma mixer that has a pneumati-cally operated bottom discharge unit.

M-200 Three roll mill.

SRs-200 (alternate/add to M-200)

Single worm simplex refiner

DVs-200 “Artisan” Single worm duplex vacuum plodder

MBC-P Pneumatic single blade cutter

MFS-HY

Vertical hydraulic stamper with “multi flash” system.

All necessary belt conveyors, elevating conveyors and recycle belts as well as

die chiller and water chiller for cooling the plodder jackets and the roll mill

rolls.

Till 500 kg/h of production

This production capability seems to be the best suited for two categories of

producers: the newcomers starting a new production in a very competitive

environment and the soap factories that do not need bigger installation but

require a dedicated and particularly production.

Low budget

Artisan machines are designed through modern computing software so Soaptec

can produce a whole finishing line with accessible budget and very short deliv-

ering time.

Recognizing the genuine need for a

fully automatic production line but in a small scale than the industrial type ca-

pability, Soaptec designed and pro-duced a new series of machines under

the common denomination “Artisan” . Main characteristics for this line are:

• Ease of operation and quick mainte-

nance.

• Capability to produce whatever

shape and size tablet.

• Modular design to allow for different line compositions.

When designing “ Artisan” line, Soaptec used the same philosophy and the same kind of attention as when

building industrial units. This means great care for the ergonomics, for pro-

duction changings and reduced mainte-nance requirements. The use of high

quality industrial components such as electronics, pneumatics, circuitry, etc.

allows us to build reliable machines.

Capability to produce whatever shape and size tablet

The machines are built for small pro-

duction but they are not dedicated only to small soap sizes.

DVs-200 is a plodder that uses a screw diameter of 200mm. This allows for

extrusion of large section bars neces-sary for 200gr of toilet soap and also

for 300gr of laundry soap. Same philosophy is applied to the other

units. MFS-HY is a vertical stamper that uses the stamping set identical to the

one of MFS-3 stamper that is typically installed in a 200pz/min line. MFS-HY

stamper is instead running at a fixed speed of 25rpm and it produces every

type of soap like hotel, toilet or laundry.
