Clinical commissioning group committed funds to support practices coming together to improve quality and sustain the services
Practices have supported the opportunity for consistent clinical audits, medicines optimisation analysis and sharing of clinical and non clinical protocols
Development of a model for primary care nursing to address the needs of our population
Patient experience shaping the priorities for areas for improvement, working with Healthwatch
