    with this vendor for 14 training sessions at $6,700/each. Mike Colbert worked with Nathan

    Johnson on the contract. Mike mentioned that the vendor has not renewed w/ GSA.

    1. The timeframe of the actua l workshop should be 9 :00am-12 :00pm (3 hours) as stated

    in our overa l l contract with the USDA. He can and wi l l arrive prior to 8:30am to make sure

    everything is setup.

    2 . I cannot send an e lectronic copy of the presentation ahead of time as it is too large of

    a f i le. Dr. Betances wi l l be using video cl ips within his presentation which make it far to

    large to ema i l . He wi l l bring the presentation with him on both a memory stick and a CD (I

    know a lot of Federa l agencies do not a l low the use of memory sticks anymore) . He has no

    problem getting to the site early in order to get everything loaded and checked. We have

    had no problems with the other USDA events we have done so fa r. Just please make sure

    that everything is setup according to our A/V requ i rements (attached again for your

    convenience).

    fi le. Dr. Betances wi l l be using video c l ips within his presentation which make it fa r to large

    to emai l . He wi l l bring the presentation with him on both a memory stick and a CD (I know

    a lot of Federa l agencies do not a l low the use of memory sticks anymore) . He has no

    problem getting to the site early in order to get everything loaded and checked. We have

    had no problems with the other USDA events we have done so far. Just please make sure

    that everything is setup according to our A/V requirements (attached again for your

    convenience) .

    (2) The Contractor shall make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproductio n, until 3 years after final payment under this contract or for any shorter period specified In FAR 4.
