Sue,
I am going to be out of the office from May 4th returning on the 10th. Provide me a list of training locations, dates (or a date range), and a point of contact for the contractor. Souder and Betances
will send out a travel form to the local point of contact which needs to be completed a couple of
weeks before the training date.
I'll process the modification when I return.

Sue,
Just spoke with Margie Thorson in Minneapolis. Because this is the same scope of work as A PHIS,
she feels the contract can be modified to add the AMS requirement. The contract specialist for this
procurement is Mr. Nathan Johnson. You may contact him at 612-336-3404.
Thanks,

Good afternoon Ellen, Please find attached the preliminary contractual packet that we received for Dr. Betances, from Shawn Surber who is the contact person for negotiation and scheduling... I'm sure they will honor the price that we have contracted for, if you indicate we are in this together (MRP). We have not scheduled the bulk of the sessions at this time, because we were waiting for reaction and feedback from the session
