• It is reported that the conceptual site model has been updated following the development and remedial

works to illustrate the site does not present any residual significant risks to human health. Ramboll note

this to be illustrated in a diagrammatic representation of the Final Conceptual Site Model for Human

Health on Drawing 7764/E/201, although this is not provided.

• While the report does not contain information with regards correspondence and validation in regards to

potential risks to the water environment, WSPE acknowledge Ramboll's intention to discuss these in an

addendum report.

Recommendations

In summary, WSPE consider the validation report to be generally reasonable with only minor queries and suggested text for a response letter is included as an attachment to this letter.

We trust that the above meets your requirements. However, please do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any queries or comments.

Yours sincerely
