How do I prepare for the screening?◦Fast 10 – 12 hours prior to your appointment.
Is this a drug test?◦ No, we are only looking at health metrics like
cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose, etc.
Can I still see my personal physician?◦ Yes, we encourage that you bring your results to review
with your physician. Bring your results and let them know you have already completed your annual preventive screening.
No out of pocket cost to participate!The screenings will be covered by the preventive care portion of your health plan
