Left Picture:The upcoming Word Day of Architecture 2018 (WAD) was the first Topic to be discussed. And the Chapter is planning to have a Free Consultation with the Chavacano Architects for the Architecture students of Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) on Oct. 1. Thesis problems, or whatever query the students may have, it will be answered properly.

Ar. Ruby Alita Sahi, uap volunteered and spearheaded this activity, as she is one of the new professors in the said University.

Left Picture:The second agenda was an Exhibit during the 2nd Zamboanga Construction Exposition (ZamConEx), it is headed by Ar. Raynold Pascua, uap, the Chapter V.P. for Operations. The “Chavacano Architect’s Exhibit” is to showcase the works and creativity of the Local Architects of Zamboanga. Some updates and announcements were tackled.

Left Picture:The last and most important agenda of the meeting is the biggest Activity of the Chapter; the 2nd

Zamboanga Construction Exposition (ZamConEx). This 3- day event will take place on KCC Mall de Zamboanga, on Oct. 5, 6 & 7, 2018 as part of the Zamboanga Hermosa Festival.

This time, Exhibitors’ booth was increased from last years’ 35 booths to 41 booths.

Having 2 weeks left before the big event, the Organizing Committee discussed the progress and remaining preparations to the Members.

Aiming for a better performance and result, the Chapter is planning to have another meeting before Oct. 5.

Hoping for positive results, let’s all meet again on our coming Emergency meeting.
