Attached herewith is the letter of the Embassy of the Argentina Republic in thePhilippines dated 04 June 2015, informing the Bureau of the security specifications ofthe new security stamps for health certificates for the export of animal products issuedby SENASA, as underlined in their Memorandum No. 0111-E dated 02 February 2015.

Visto que cada certificado sanitario de exportacion de productos derivados de animales posee una etiqueta hologratica

adhesiva, y considerando que este Servicio Sanitar~o ha requerido estandarizar \as medidas de seguridad que las

acomparian, se comunica que a partir de la estampilla nurnero 180002 inclusive, las caracteristicas de Jas mismas seran

las que a continuaci6n se detallan:

Medidas: 2x2.5 cm con logo "SENASA" escrito en forma oblicua al derecho y al reves, que vira en su inclinacion como

minimo a 3 colores. Estan presentes las palabras "REPUBLICA ARGENTINA" Y cada estampilla esta numerada y

presenta un digito verificaoor. Se adhiere a la hoja mediante adhesivo permanente HKB que emplea el sistema Tamper

(Evidencia de despegue autodestructible)

Se adjunta la estampilla numero 159001 que muestra el actual formato y la estampilla nurnero 180001 con el nuevo ciseno

y se solicita por donde corresponda, poner en conocimiento a los diferentes parses destinatarios de nuestros productos ysubproductos derivados de origen animal.

SUBJECT:SECURITYSTAMPS FOR HEALTH CERTIFICATESFORTHE EXPORTOF ANIMAL PRODUCTS

Given that each health certificate for the export of animal products has an adhesive holographic label,

and considering that this Health Service has required the standardization of its security measures, we

inform that starting in stamp number 180002 inclusive, the features of the said stamps shall be as listedbelow:

Measures: 2 X 2.5 cm with the "SENASA" logo written obliquely forwards and backwards, which changes

to at least 3 colors when inclining. The words "REPUBLICAARGENTINA" are present and every stamp has

a number and a verifying digit. It adheres to the sheet by employing permanent adhesive Tamper HKB

system (self-destroying evidence takeoff).

Attached you will find stamp number 159001 showing the present format and stamp number 180001

with the new design.
