Define

Kidney: Either of two bean-shaped organs at the back of the abdominal cavity in man, one on each side of the spinal column. They maintain water and electrolyte balance and filter waste products from the blood, which are excreted as urine.

Liver: A large, reddish-brown, glandular organ located in the upper right side of the abdominal cavity, divided by fissures into five lobes and functioning in the secretion of bile and various metabolic processes.

Lung: Either of the two saclike respiratory organs in the thorax of humans and the higher vertebrates.

Skin: This is the largest organ of the body. Nerves ending as sensory cells are scattered throughout the skin. These are sensitive to pain, touch, cold, light pressure and heavy pressure. They send impulses to the brain so that it can detect what has been touch.

Kidney Failure Complete and irreversible kidney

failure is sometimes called end-stage renal disease, or ESRD. Most kidney diseases attack the nephrons, causing them to lose their filtering capacity. Damage to the nephrons may happen quickly, often as the result of injury or poisoning.

Liver Failure

Liver failure occurs when large parts of the liver become damaged beyond repair and the liver is no longer able to function.

Lung Failure

Respiratory failure (lung failure) is a condition in which the level of oxygen in the blood becomes dangerously low or the level of carbon dioxide becomes dangerously high.
