Objectives:1. Increase population reporting physical activity2. Decrease percent of adults with BMI greater than 303. Increase number of worksites with active and

comprehensive wellness programs4. Ensure that opportunities to be physically active are

accessible by all residents, especially older adults, people with disabilities and youth

Goal: Improve nutrition and food culture among all people in Outagamie County

Objectives:1. Increase skills and knowledge regarding food

systems, including food procurement, cultivation, preservation, programming and support

2. Increase number of worksites with active and comprehensive wellness programs

3. Increase percent of infants who are exclusively breastfed through the first three months of life

Goal 1: Mental health literacyObjectives:

1. Increase use of evidence-based practices at community, provider and policy levels

2. Increase knowledge and awareness of the impact of trauma on the lifespan

3. Promote positive early childhood development

Objectives:1. Maintain or increase mentally healthy days2. Increase the number of medical providers using

accepted tools to screen for mental health problems
