One of the long term goals of this block of instruction is to instill a sense of priority on lifelong learning.
Completion of this training will not only produce a passing grade for attendees, it will also bolster their confidence and self-efficacy.
Completion of the 5 steps to conversation will qualify the business partners to learn the second of the marketing systems.

Upon completing the business etiquette training, the employees will pass the end of course exam with a minimum passing score of 95%.
